There will be no charge for the cancellation of appointments, provided we receive at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to others who may need to see us more urgently.

Missed appointments and late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged at £50 per 30 minutes.
